explains what information the app handles and what we do not collect.

What the app stores
Fitness Timer is designed to work primarily on your device. Depending on the platform, it may store locally on the device:
- Saved training series / lessons you create
- Exercise names, notes, and related settings
- Temporary timer state while a session is running
On iPhone and Apple Watch, workout state and lesson lists may be exchanged between the paired phone and watch using Apple WatchConnectivity so the watch can mirror or control the session. That exchange stays between your paired Apple devices, it is not sent to Miltre servers.
What we do not collect
- No account sign-in is required to use the core timer
- We do not sell personal data
- We do not use the app for advertising tracking or ad identifiers for ads
- We do not upload your lessons to Miltre servers as part of normal use
- We do not build marketing profiles from app usage
Internet access
The store builds are intended to run without sending your training content to us. Opening a support or privacy link may use the system browser. If a future feature uses online services, we will update this policy before that feature ships.
Legal bases (EU / GDPR)
Local storage of lessons and settings is under your control on the device. Where GDPR applies to any personal data we process (for example support e-mail), the bases are legitimate interests or steps related to your request (Art. 6(1)(f) or 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your rights
If EU/EEA data protection law applies to you, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data
- rectification of inaccurate data
- erasure where applicable
- restriction of processing
- data portability, where applicable
- object to processing based on legitimate interests
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Czechia the ÚOOÚ
For data that exists only on your device, you can delete saved lessons in the app or uninstall the app (platform rules apply). For anything we hold after you contact us, e-mail contact@miltre.com.
Children
Fitness Timer is a general training tool for instructors and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where that higher age applies).
Changes
We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
